Satish Kurian - Chief Information Officer
- Mr. Kurian leads the operations, technology, and information security for the organization. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all operational, technical and administrative aspects of the organization, including contracts, procurement and accounts payable, budgeting/planning, vendor & resource management, creating operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance. Mr. Kurian has been instrumental in the implementation of organizational strategy. He drives process improvement throughout the organization, leverages innovative technologies and builds high performing teams to rapidly respond to evolving business needs.
- Mr. Kurian establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development, enterprise architecture & infrastructure. He oversees the product development and engineering teams and has led the company towards cloud transformation. He has industry experience in all areas of the software development life cycle, data networking, and information security, with strong knowledge in application development, internetworking, collaboration technologies, integration, automation, virtualization, storage, cloud computing, business continuity & disaster recovery. He has successfully translated various business requirements and functional specifications into solid architecture and design, providing end-to-end solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
- Mr. Kurian has extensive experience in privacy and security and has successfully led organizations through CISP security certification with stringent credit card processing requirements. He has knowledge of current technical security and data breach prevention protocols and standards including all IT security, data breach, and regulatory compliance and is knowledgeable in all facets of HIPAA Hitech compliance & URAC accreditation. He leads the security team in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, best practices, risk assessments, and policies to prevent data breach for the organization and its clients.
- He holds a BS in Physics and a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunications. He also holds Cisco and Microsoft certifications.
